Flush diary Noah

Dear diary

Today I had a chance see my dad. It was hard for me since dad was in jail. I really did not think he was guilty. My sister Abbey seems to agree. We both think dad was not wrong for his actions. I got to see his dad in jail. He told me how one of the deputies at the jail spoke to him. The deputy told me in no uncertain tone, "Empty your pocket's boy!'' I did not like the tone of voice at all. “He is waiting for you!” the deputy said. I could see dad as I walked into the holding area. It was sure good to see him. I am like any son I feel really strong when my dad is around. As I got closer I could see Dad was sitting at the end of the metal table. In the room there were security guards in each corner. At that point it looked like my father was alright. It was good to see that my father was not handcuffed. He was also wearing his normal cloths. As hard as it was for me to keep up good spirits I did not want to show my dad how hard it was seeing him this way. I excitedly greeted my father with a “Happy father’s day!” I tried to hold it together but it was hard. Dad stood up, gave me a big bear hug and told me “Thanks, Noah.”

I knew the reason my dad was in jail. it was because he sank a gambling boat. The name of the ship was the Choral Queen. My sister Abbey and I were both upset about the things that led to dad going to jail. The reason my father sunk the ship was that he had gotten into an argument with his business partner Dusty Muleman. Dad was so angry after their argument that he planned on sinking the ship. Later dad snuck on to the ship late one night and cut the hoses and disconnected the bilge pumps. This caused the ship to sink in the harbor.
